This is a temporary position for the Real Estate Assistant Manager.

- Supervising real estate loan origination tasks to ensure compliance with credit union policies.

- Overseeing mortgage operations functions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coaching and training the Real Estate Origination team to enhance financial solutions for members.
- Applying real estate lending policies and procedures to various loan situations.
- Managing underwriting, credit loan analysis, property appraisals, and secondary market processes.
- Ensuring compliance with RESPA, HMDA, Truth in Lending, and other financial regulations.
- Acting as a liaison between the Real Estate team, members, and mortgage professionals.
- Resolving member inquiries regarding loan processes, origination, and funding.
- Monitoring team performance, generating reports, and supporting executive management.
- Experience supervising a mortgage or real estate lending team.
- Knowledge of real estate loan processing, servicing, and underwriting criteria.
- Familiarity with RESPA, HMDA, Truth in Lending, and other applicable financial regulations.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
- NMLS eligibility required.
- At least two years of loan underwriting experience.
