Currently, We are currently looking for a Title Processor for a for a well-established and busy Title Company for their office located in Boynton Beach, FL. The Title Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include :
- Reviewing and understanding real estate contracts.
- Reviewing and understanding title insurance requirements.
- Demonstrating order entry skills.
- Ordering surveys.
- Ordering lien searches and addressing lien search matters.
- Ordering Estoppels and addressing Estoppel matters.
- Completing lender title order requests.
- Communicating with all parties involved in the transaction to gather information and documents.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
Pay Rate Range : $21.63 - $26.44 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
