The VP, Specialty Deposits - Title & Escrow (Banking Industry) is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include :
Client Relationship & Business Development :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients in specialized industries.
- Provide customized banking solutions to meet the unique needs of specialty deposit clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within niche markets.
- Conduct effective customer interviews and profiling to recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Achieve sales goals by ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing objections.
Operational Oversight :
Specific qualifications for the position include
Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to keep stakeholders informed.
Expertise in managing client expectations, handling challenging situations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pay Rate Range
120K to 200K annually
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
