What You Will Do as an Associate Digital Marketing Manager :

Bulwark is seeking an Associate Digital Marketing Manager for our B2B workwear business who will utilize best practices to drive consumer awareness and engagement. You will provide a working knowledge of the ins and outs of digital marketing specific to analysis, implementation and optimization. As an Associate Digital Marketing Manager, you must be capable of networking with key business channels within the organization, making decisions, driving results, and working independently with the ability to provide solutions where applicable. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding our customers' experiences across all digital channels - website, email, social media, landing pages, referral, potential loyalty programs, and more.

How You Will Make a Difference :

Monitor & Activate :

o Digital Acquisition Strategy Support focused on driving quality new-customer traffic across all paid media digital channels while ensuring profitability and long-term customer value. Core KPIs include traffic, engagement and CPC.

o Retention Strategy Support focused on segmenting, growing, and retaining customers with direct accountability for email, SMS, and support database growth. Core KPIs include email, SMS, push notification engagement and repeat visit rates.

o SEO strategy support focused on assisting in building authority, trust and credibility in partnership with digital agency.

o Digital Campaign Strategy Support focused on driving increased ROI with direct accountability for testing and optimizing campaign messaging & creativity in partnership with creative and digital media agencies and making modifications when necessary.

o Personalized Customer Journey Strategy Support focused on delivering the right message to the right person, at the right time based on the in-market campaign strategies set forth.

In addition, your role will include the ability to activate an annual strategic digital marketing plan which includes

setting KPIs & goals in collaboration with the digital agency, analyzing plan performance, identifying trends, and implementing improvements while quickly reacting to plan deviations.Share weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly reports with leadership team and peers, working closely with eCommerce Analyst to continuously measure customer lifecycle performance.Monitor the category and competition quarterly to identify opportunities, threats, and challenges then act accordingly.Research and recommend future digital marketing shifts that deliver effective results fueled by audience insights.Skills for Success :

Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing or e-commerce experienceExperience executing, and optimizing a digital marketing plan that drives tangible resultsExperience running digital campaigns through all phases of the funnelStrong collaborator able to work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive coordination between all partiesCreative yet data-driven and analytical mind with demonstrated fluency with plan optimizationKnowledge of website, email, and other digital marketing analytics toolsAbility to understand strategic thinking and implement strong tactical executionsExperience working with a larger team, with the ability to drive thought leadershipA willingness to fail forward, learn and grow
