Position Summary
The Partnerships Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our most valued innovators, while also driving growth within our communities. This role requires a passion for the startup ecosystem and our members. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales and relationship management. This position reports to the Partnerships Manager and is part of the Partnerships team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand market trends and communicate World 50/Accelerator's value
- Build and manage a community of innovative vendors in Marketing and Legal tech
- Manage pipeline and report on growth metrics
- Build and close over $100K in revenue
- Cultivate strong relationships and support innovators
- Lead key processes and communications for Marketing and Legal events
- Support conversion of innovators into products and programs
- Assist with other innovator projects as needed
Requirements
- Passion for connecting innovators with the F200.
- Excellent relationship management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and proactively.
- Flexibility, creative thinking, and outstanding project management skills.
- Poise in personal interactions with C-level executives.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or Marketing preferred
- Experience with sales and CRM operations
