World Bioproducts is seeking to hire a talented Customer Service Representative with a sharp attention to detail, great written and verbal communication skills, and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer care to our existing and new customers. We take a hands-on approach to fostering long-lasting customer relationships. As an experienced team in customer service and sales, we seek to provide world class service to the global food industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage order entry for domestic customers.
- Send Certificates of Analysis, as indicated via daily reports and ad hoc requests.
- Participate in answering phone calls directed to the company and direct calls as necessary.
- Respond to customer emails and calls about order status, product availability, invoice requests, etc. as received.
- Participate in drop shipment and standing order management.
- Assist with international orders and shipments.
- Provide support the Sales Account Managers as requested.
About You/Minimum Job Requirements:
- Associates degree or higher required.
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university preferred.
- At least two years' experience in customer service and/or account management roles with a heavy focus working in customer service, customer support, or logistics preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical to success in this role.
- Strong mathematical and computer skills.
- An eagerness to learn and improve upon existing skill sets in customer service and/or account management.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office Suite, including familiarity with Excel.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Nav preferred.
