What You'll Do:
As our Dealership Reception Coordinator, you will be the friendly face and voice of our dealership. Your warm and professional demeanor will help create a positive first impression for everyone who visits or contacts us. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering and Directing Calls: Efficiently and courteously answer incoming phone calls, determine the caller's needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Welcoming Guests: Greet all visitors with a warm and genuine smile, making them feel welcome and valued from the moment they arrive.
- Operating the Front Desk: Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Providing Refreshments: Offer and distribute complimentary beverages from our refreshment stations to waiting customers.
- Creating a Family-Friendly Atmosphere: Delight our younger guests by offering coloring books and crayons, helping to make their visit more enjoyable.
- Maintaining the Customer Lounge: Ensure the customer lounge area is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained for our guests' convenience.
- Providing General Information: Answer basic inquiries and provide helpful information about our dealership and services.
- Assisting with Light Administrative Tasks: As needed, you may assist with light administrative duties to support the dealership team.
What We're Looking For:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
- A professional and presentable appearance.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and remain calm and courteous in a busy environment.

Hours:
We offer flexible scheduling options, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time hours. Our general operating hours are Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, offering a variety of shifts to potentially fit your availability.
Compensation:
$12.00 per hour
