Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and professional Route Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated route to restock and service vending machines, micromarkets, and other customer locations.
Your duties will include ensuring products are accurately stocked, machines are clean and functioning properly, and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Additionally, you will perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed and communicate with the team to address any issues.

Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver products, materials, and supplies to various customer locations along an assigned route.
- Stock and organize vending machines and micromarkets to ensure accuracy and proper product placement.
- Perform routine safety checks and basic maintenance on vehicles and vending equipment to ensure reliable operation.
- Plan and follow the most efficient and safe travel routes to complete daily deliveries on schedule.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records, including driving logs, inventory replenishment, and expenses such as fuel.
- Adhere to company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations while operating vehicles and handling products.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any minor machine or product issues during visits.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a route-based driving or delivery role is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license; a commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with GPS systems and route planning tools.
- Understanding of safety and compliance standards for driving and equipment handling.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently while meeting delivery schedules.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
