Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver products to assigned locations on a scheduled route.
- Restock and service vending machines, ensuring all products are properly loaded and displayed.
- Collect and secure payments or verify invoices as required.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and route activities.
- Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes while adhering to time schedules.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on the company vehicle, reporting any issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues during deliveries.
- Ensure all products are handled and delivered in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading products at the warehouse and client locations as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding route progress or challenges.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in delivery driving or route service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet delivery schedules.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve during deliveries.
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
- Comfortable using GPS devices, route planning tools, or related technology.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
