The World Equestrian Center is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our Team!
The Assistant Warehouse Manager reports directly to and works with the Warehouse Manager as well as the Safety and Security Manager. Responsible for supervising processes and procedures in the receiving and shipping department. Records time, date, quantity, source, and destination of items received or shipped.

Essential Functions
- Monitors incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Deliver received shipments to proper departments/locations as needed.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Complete and submit all required reports and paperwork.
- Collaborate with purchasing and other managers to optimize processes.
- Providing a positive people-oriented work environment, designed to build morale.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a forklift certification.
- Follow all safety policies.

- Associates may have to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Must be able to lift, carry and move boxes and items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive individual who takes ownership to resolve problems and issues.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain timely updates and inventory accuracy.
- Excellent follow-up skills to achieve shipments on time.
- Warehousing/logistics experience a plus.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office software including Excel.
