TITRE DE POSTE : Assistant(e) de Programme "Home-Grown School Feeding" TYPE DE CONTRAT : Contrat de Service (SC5) UNITÉ : Programme LIEU D’AFFECTATION : Man, Côte d'Ivoire DURÉE : 12 mois DATE DE CLÔTURE DE CANDIDATURE : 11/04/2025 CONTEXTE ORGANISATIONNEL: Le Bureau pays du Programme alimentaire mondial des Nations Unies en Côte d’Ivoire recherche un(e) candidat(e) expérimenté(e), disposant d’une formation et d’une expérience de terrain en sécurité alimentaire et nutritionnelle, notamment dans la conception et la mise en œuvre de projets de résilience, de nutrition, d’alimentation scolaire basée sur les produits locaux et d’assurance agricole. L’Assistant(e) aux Programmes accompagnera l'équipe programme dans la mise en œuvre de projets en faveur des populations vulnérables à l’insécurité alimentaire et nutritionnelle dans l’Ouest de la Côte d’Ivoire. Il/elle développera des approches visant à renforcer la sensibilité au genre et à la nutrition dans les projets de résilience et d’appui à la restauration des moyens de subsistance (création d’actifs productifs durables), tout en intégrant des actions favorisant leur durabilité. OBJECTIFS ATTACHÉS AU POSTE: L’Assistant(e) aux Programmes travaillera sous la supervision du Chef de bureau. Il/elle assurera le suivi des activités dans la zone d’intervention concernée, analysera les données et rédigera des rapports afin de contribuer à la mise en œuvre efficace des programmes d’assistance. PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS (liste indicative et non exhaustive): Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, l’Assistant(e) de Programme aura les responsabilités suivantes : Apporter un appui technique dans le domaine du ciblage des zones d’intervention et des bénéficiaires pour les différents projets de résilience & restauration des moyens de subsistance (création d’actifs productifs durables), nutrition et d’alimentation scolaire ; Participer à la planification des vivres et/ou cash pour une meilleure assistance aux participants et bénéficiaires des différents projets ; Superviser et renforcer les capacités des agents de terrain du PAM dans le suivi des projets et programmes ; Participer à l’élaboration des documents techniques de projets, de propositions et de rapports d’activités ; Identifier et établir des partenariats / collaborations solides avec les services déconcentrés du Gouvernement, les ONGs, les Agences du Système des Nations Unies et autres intervenants dans les domaines de la résilience et la restauration des moyens de subsistance, la nutrition et l’alimentation scolaire ; Assurer un suivi adéquat des projets conformément au système de suivi et d'évaluation existant ; Assurer une documentation adéquate des leçons apprises et un partage des expériences et des meilleures pratiques avec les parties prenantes internes et externes ; Participer à l’analyse des propositions de projet soumis au PAM par les ONGs et autres organisations partenaires pour assurer l’efficacité de l’assistance conformément aux procédures du PAM ; Promouvoir la mobilisation et la contribution des communautés bénéficiaires des différents projets et programmes ; Participer aux réunions techniques de groupes sectoriels Education, Sécurité Alimentaire, Nutrition dans les zones des projets ; Apporter un appui technique dans la préparation et la réalisation des enquêtes, suivi post distribution et des évaluations de la sécurité alimentaire et de la nutrition Superviser la mise en œuvre des activités des différents projets par des visites régulières sur les sites ; Veiller à la mise en œuvre des principes de « Protection » et de genre dans la mise en la formulation et la mise en œuvre des activités ; Exécuter toutes autres tâches qui lui seront confiées. NIVEAU D’ÉTUDES MINIMAL REQUIS: Formation: Baccalauréat en plus d'un certificat d’études post-secondaires dans le domaine des sciences sociales (économie, statistiques, sociologie, démographie, agronomie, mathématiques, développement rural etc). Expérience professionnelle: Minimum 5 ans d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine des sciences sociales, incluant des tâches rédactionnelles et administratives, ainsi que dans la gestion de projet, l’analyse statistique ou l’assistance humanitaire. Maîtrise des outils informatiques : Word, Excel, Access, Internet, logiciels de gestion comptable et d’analyse statistique, etc. Expérience avérée dans la mise en œuvre de programmes. La connaissance des règles et procédures financières et administratives des agences des Nations Unies serait un atout. Une expérience d’au moins un an au sein d’une agence onusienne constituerait un avantage. Aptitudes et autres caractéristiques Excellente capacité d’adaptation et de travail en équipe. Aisance à évoluer dans un environnement multiculturel et à collaborer avec des personnes de nationalités diverses. Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés. Sens de la patience et du tact dans les interactions avec les collègues. Grand sens de la confidentialité et esprit d’initiative. Forte capacité d’analyse.
