Draft new business contracts and amend existing ones as needed. Review, interpret, negotiate, and administer client engagement and related contracts, supply agreements, business development, other trading contracts (i.e., retail agreements and/or long forms), related contracts and ancillary documentation. Review, negotiate and maintain standardized contract templates and provisions and administer other agreements. Verify and maintain organizational compliance with contract terms, regulations, and processes. File and label all contractual correspondence and emails in following Kinect documentation retention process. Maintain shared outlook mailbox’s, by responding timely with accurate information to both external and internal customers. Maintain customer/entity legal name and hierarchy/corporate organization verifications. Assist with internal projects as needed. Qualifications: Degree level or possess an equivalent level qualification. 3-5 years business experience with contractual negotiations and business law. International experience is preferrable. Energy contract experience is preferrable. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong planning and organizational skills Innovative in providing and addressing business needs in a changing environment. Use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Outlook, and willingness to experiment and work with new technologies. Ability to creatively analyze existing processes and develop solutions that utilize new and existing technologies to improve overall process and efficiencies, i.e., automation and robotics.
