Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute company goals.
- Oversee administrative and operational back-office functions : HR, finance & accounting, legal & compliance.
- Ensure alignment between development, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to meet company objectives.
- Analyze industry trends, market performance, and internal data to provide actionable insights for the CEO and leadership team.
- Track and report on the company’s key performance indicators (KPIs), such as game engagement, player retention, or revenue growth.
- Organize and run executive meetings, including agenda setting, follow-ups, and action tracking.
