Position Objective, Typical Duties and Responsibilities
World Investment Advisors, the financial services division of World Insurance, is looking for a marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Communications Associate. In this position, you will play a key role in our marketing efforts. You will assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our marketing campaigns and projects. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and interest in the financial services industry. This position is ideal for those who are beginning their career in marketing.

- Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Provide support to the marketing team, including maintenance and organization of digital and physical marketing assets and files (brochures, newsletters, website content, etc.).
- Provide support to the sales team, including regular imports and updates to the lead database.
- Assist in logging / tracking prospecting activity for the sales team & client advisors.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling and engagement tracking.
- Work with compliance on advertising review approvals.
- Assist in managing the marketing calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
- Field custom requests for marketing collateral, presentations, or educational client materials.
Position Requirements
Compensation
The salary for this position generally ranges between $55,000-$65,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The firm also has a bonus program.
