- Monitor the Global regulatory agencies to identify changes that will impact the business aviation community proactively.
- Represent World Fuel Business Aviation from a regulatory perspective to the aviation industry, demonstrating regulatory expertise.

- Ensure regulatory compliance for existing regulatory programs within the aviation segment, including but not exclusive of:
- Border Overflight Exemptions
- TSA Waiver Program
- Blanket Overflight and Landing Permit programs
- APIS, CARICOM, CANPASS, UK GAR, eu-LISA,
- UK APD, EU-ETS
- Customs programs, CBP-RSP, eu-LISA
- Formalize and manage customer-facing programs
- Customer regulatory training program
- Border Overflight Program
- Blanket Overflight & Landing Program
- Global APIS
- TSA Waiver Program
- CBP-RSP Program
- Australian TSP
- Global APIS
- UK APD
- Assess regulatory processes, procedures, and protocols.
- Manage the World Fuel Trip Support global sanctions programs.
- Generate year-over-year growth of existing regulatory programs.
- Create new regulatory programs to drive new revenue opportunities within the regulatory space.
