*Job Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented Full charge Accountant Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining All financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage all financial aspects of Construction / Service company of 17 employees.
- Interact with Customers to resolve disputes on invoices/ contracts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Maintain books in QuickBooks
- Conduct general accounting tasks and run reports to support the financial health of the organization
- Run Payroll
- Pay all Taxes, State, Federal and Payroll.
*Experience*
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
- Expert in QuickBooks and other financial software
- Proven Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial report writing - Knowledge of 10 key typing and basic accounting principles
- Previous experience in Construction accounting is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
