You will lead design, copy, and content teams to inspire and engage customers while continuing to shape and evolve our brand in consistent and compelling ways.In collaboration with the VP, Creative you will work with cross-functional marketing and merchandising partners to execute campaigns that achieve business objectives.Concept and direct comprehensive seasonal brand guidelines for copy, graphics, photography and video.Work collaboratively with marketing partners and vendors to remain up to date on industry trends, technical capabilities, ad types and best practices by media type / channel.Work closely with the Creative Operations team to manage overall workflow and timelines.Thrive in our fast-paced retail environment by harnessing your teams' skills and trusting their abilities, multitasking and reprioritizing as needed, and enjoying the process and the creative product.Lead presentations of creative work to stakeholders and senior leadership.What You'll BringA minimum of 10 years of experience in related design, copy or content role, including at least 5 years managing full creative teams, preferably with retail-industry experience.A proven track record of leading and developing world class creative teams in a fast-paced, high-volume collaborative environment, working and influencing in a cross-functional context.High-end, editorial design aesthetic, with strong attention to detail.Photoshop, Illustrator, plus proficiency in other Adobe CC programs, including video editing.Strong understanding of best practices for social media and digital advertising.Work Location : Hybrid.
