What You'll Do
- We are a small but mighty team that creates and executes our brand expression across all customer touchpoints from our website to store graphics and packaging to digital, social and email. You will lead design, copy, and content teams to inspire and engage customers while continuing to shape and evolve our brand in consistent and compelling ways.
- In collaboration with the VP, Creative you will work with cross-functional marketing and merchandising partners to execute campaigns that achieve business objectives.
- Concept and direct comprehensive seasonal brand guidelines for copy, graphics, photography and video.
- Work collaboratively with marketing partners and vendors to remain up to date on industry trends, technical capabilities, ad types and best practices by media type / channel.
- Work closely with the Creative Operations team to manage overall workflow and timelines.
- Thrive in our fast-paced retail environment by harnessing your teams' skills and trusting their abilities, multitasking and reprioritizing as needed, and enjoying the process and the creative product.
- Lead presentations of creative work to stakeholders and senior leadership.

CA Pay Range is $170,000 to $185,000 annually

Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
