Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize efficiency while meeting guest expectations.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff performance and inventory usage.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and guests effectively.
• Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning supplies is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
