Towing Dispatcher

Our ideal candidate is detail oriented and has a background in towing (trucking/transportation) dispatching.
We are looking for an experienced dispatcher to join our Team, the hours for this position are Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 9:00 am-9:00 pm .
Responsibilities include answering phones, entering calls into dispatch system, dispatching drivers, updating customers, and collecting payments.
Skills
· Data entry skills
· Experience with proprietary software
· Proficiency in English and in MS Office
· Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
· Ability to utilize multi line phone system
· Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Based on Experience, up to $18.00/hr
