We are seeking dedicated and skilled Fiber Installation Technicians to join our team and provide top-tier installation services for residential customers. As a Fiber Installation Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of fiber-optic services to customers’ homes, offering excellent customer service and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, test, and activate fiber-optic cables and related equipment at customer locations.
- Perform site surveys and assessments to determine the best installation plan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, ensuring optimal signal strength and connectivity.
- Provide clear explanations and guidance to customers on how to use their new fiber-optic services.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good condition.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures during all installations.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and team members to ensure a smooth, timely installation process.
- Must not be afraid of heights

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
