World Wide Technology Holding Co, LLC. (WWT) has an opportunity available for an Endpoint Automation Engineer II to support our client at the location Nashville, TN (Onsite).

Duration/Type of Job: 6 Months
Job Description:
Key responsibilities include certifying enterprise endpoint hardware for HP, Dell, and Microsoft devices, covering firmware, drivers, and operating system deployment. The role also requires intermediate PowerShell skills to automate software installations for enterprise deployment scenarios. A proven track record of PowerShell automation with solution examples is required. These two skill sets are essential to fulfilling the role's requirements. Additionally, at least three years of SCCM administration experience is required.
This person must be a positive, self-starter; possessing strong communication skills effectively focused on improving our customers' experience. They must possess an advanced ability to troubleshoot and dissect complex problems with strong communication skills that connect with all customer levels while collaboratively working with many other ITG Communities across the Client Enterprise.
- Required Qualifications:
- 3 years scripting and automating solutions using PowerShell and Powershell App Deploy Toolkit.
- 3 years Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Administration experience
- 3 years experience supporting Windows Endpoint Operating Systems and hardware.
- 3 years experience utilizing centralized systems management system to administer endpoints in an enterprise sized environment.
- Advanced, current knowledge of workstation, laptop, and tablet hardware
- Advanced, working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
Desired Qualifications:
- Completion of CompTiA A Certification or equivalent knowledge-level.
- SharePoint Online site development skills
