Job Responsibilities:
- Documenting processes and keeping maintenance records.
- Check & respond to all emails and Teams messages throughout the day
- Open, close, and update “Service Now” ticketing system
- Sort and deliver the mail to corresponding buildings and departments
- Responsible for Office supplies (ordering, stocking)
- Create “purchase requests” and track “purchase orders” as needed or requested
- Schedule Food Trucks and communicate to the masses (monthly, weekly)
- Manage food vendors and research new vendor opportunities (maintain food permits)
- Develop and maintain relationship catering specialists
- Assist the WWT marketing team with large food events (EBC’s and Customers)
- Assist in ordering lunches and setting up
- Manage conference room scheduling as directed
- Create tickets for monthly/quarterly/bi-annually/yearly PMs (follow up on reports)
- File all Facilities preventative maintenance reports
- Inventory facilities closet (facilities coordinator materials)
- Complete any task requested by Facilities leadership
- Assist on projects as requested
- Drive WWT company vehicle between buildings as needed
- Maintain and submit WWT expense reports
- Always maintain customer service attitude
- Administration skills.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in large event planning and coordination
- A minimum of 2 years working in Office management
- Associates in business management or business administration
- Maintain good driving record
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize during high request volume.
- Candidates must have professional attitude/image, strong communication skills, and be customer service focused.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Ability to work with all levels of management and executives.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment to meet deadlines for assigned tasks.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
