Job Description:
The Public Relations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating media relations and responsibilities including pitch material development, direct media outreach and management, and engagement tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Plans, organizes, and prioritizes multiple assignments and projects with minimal or no direction.
- Lets project management and measurement analysis for the Strategic PR team, which includes compilation of weekly & monthly reporting and work back schedule.
- Works closely with team members to determine the best solutions for depicting team results.
- Handles report delivery to appropriate department contacts.
- Frequently deals with external customers at the highest level as well as agencies and possibly the media, so must understand the need for professionalism.
- Use exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and abilities to prepare executive level reports, compile data into comprehensible format, and provide information for effective community, internal, finance, and company headquarters communications.
