WHO we're looking for :

We are looking for a Project Manager - Strategic Programs who will be responsible for managing complex technology projects with aggressive schedules in different time zones. You will need to be a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong background in program management.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Work with Global Teams and Product and Engineering Teams to deliver strategic programs.
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
• Create program plan, manage schedules, and own end-to-end program delivery with a focus on high quality and on time delivery.
• Meticulously plan and conduct workshops with large groups of audience.
• Define program deliverables and drive accountability through tracking and follow up on action items to closure.
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
• Produce program reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate program risks early, promoting a smoother path to success and reducing potential disruptions.
• Conduct scrum of scrums and steering committee meetings to bring alignment.
• Provide uniform stakeholder experience through consistent communication, transparency regarding program status, resource requirements, priorities, risks, and issues.

Requires considerable (90% ) work utilizing high visual acuity / detail, numeric / character distinction, and moderate hand / finger dexterity.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
