Position Overview:WorldSafe is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Channel Manager to join our team and drive our channel sales and partnership strategy. The Channel Manager will play a key role in expanding our network of resellers, distributors, and strategic partners, helping to scale our services and grow market awareness across key industries. This individual will be responsible for building and managing relationships with channel partners, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and training needed to successfully sell WorldSafe’s solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel management, experience working with partners in the safety, risk management, or technology space, and a passion for helping organizations build resilience. This is a retainer-based and commissioned role to start.
Key Responsibilities:- Channel Partner Development & Management:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand WorldSafe’s distribution network across key industries (manufacturing, utilities, hospitality, sports arenas, etc.).
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing them with guidance, support, and product information to drive their success.
- Training & Enablement:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop training materials, product documentation, and sales tools tailored to channel partners.
- Conduct regular training sessions for partners, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to effectively sell WorldSafe’s solutions.
- Continuously assess partner performance and identify opportunities for further training or development.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Monitor and support the sales efforts of channel partners to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with partners to identify new business opportunities and increase sales of WorldSafe’s products and services.
- Drive the development of joint marketing initiatives to increase partner visibility and generate new leads.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to align channel strategies with overall sales objectives.
- Performance & Reporting:
- Track and report on key channel performance metrics, such as sales volume, revenue growth, and partner engagement.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on channel performance, opportunities, and challenges.
- Analyze partner feedback and market trends to continuously improve channel strategies and product offerings.
- Market Awareness & Positioning:
- Help raise WorldSafe’s profile in the marketplace by working closely with partners to promote our solutions through industry events, webinars, and conferences.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify areas for differentiation and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create co-branded content and materials that align with partner needs.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in the safety, risk management, technology, or consulting industries.
- Proven experience managing a network of resellers, distributors, or strategic partners, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing, utilities, hospitality, or entertainment industries is a plus.

- Education:
