We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. It starts at $10.00 to $13.00 an hour. You could make more if we see you skills, your work and speed at the job shows your qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls and handling correspondence.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using iso numbers and pages apps and exel including invoicing and tracking expenses.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Support office activities, including inventory management of supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members for ordering parts and equipment ,etc.
- Prepare weekly sale and inventory reports and spreadsheets.
- Listing items and answering questions on eBay and market place.
- Shipping/mailing out items sold.
Skills
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in phone systems and office equipment.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Solid clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and document management.
- Proven customer support experience with a focus on providing high-quality service.
