PURPOSE
Worldwide Express is building a next generation cloud native platform serving customers and internal users. Software engineering intern will be part of a team responsible for building and maintaining Speedship UX/UI applications to support our business needs ,supporting internal and customer facing business processes.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development and QA team to develop and maintain Angular-based web applications.
- Assist in developing user-facing features, improving performance, and optimizing code for scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Angular and related technologies (TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving feedback to improve code quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure high-quality user experiences.
- Contribute to the enhancement of UI/UX design by collaborating with front-end designers.
- Assist in the testing, deployment, and maintenance of Angular applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Angular and front-end development trends and technologies.
- UnderGrad Junior, Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related program
- Strong understanding of Angular framework and its core principles.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Basic knowledge of front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, NPM).
- Some Experience with RESTful APIs and data integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
- Passion for learning and improving technical skills.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of responsive design techniques and frameworks like Bootstrap or Material Design.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jasmine or Karma.
- Basic understanding of state management libraries like NgRx or Redux.
