Summary

Worldwide Golf is looking for a Night Manager for our driving range & nine-hole golf course facility in Las Vegas, NV! This is a full-time position (five days per week, ~40 hours per week) that must be able to work the night shift and weekends.

Position Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails with professional demeanor and excellent customer service.
• Manage a team of employees, including cashiers and maintenance employees.
• Ensure that golf ball dispensers are full.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Replaces golf balls, clubs, and baskets in racks for use by driving range patrons.
• Ensure the practice range area is kept orderly and clean, including restrooms and trash cans.
• Implement and support all driving range policies and programs as communicated by leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager.
• Handles cash management duties.
• Takes responsibility for closing duties at the end of the night.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills Desired

• High School Diploma required (college degree is not required)
• Strong customer/guest orientation and communication skills are required.
• Working golf knowledge is preferred, not required.
• Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
• Organized, able to work well in fast paced environment.
• This person must be able to lift buckets of balls weighing up to 60 pounds.
• This person must be open to working until 11pm on some nights.
