We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aviation Sales and Marketing Director to join our industry-leading 135 operation. The right candidate would lead our sales department in delivering products and service to our clients accurately and on time. This is a visionary leadership role requiring meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Worldwide Jet is a Premier on-demand FAA Part 135 private charter operator. We operate year-round and have an unwavering commitment to deliver an exceptional first-class experience to travelers and charter brokers alike, all with the highest levels of safety. We own our entire fleet of aircraft consisting of Hawker 800XP’s, Challenger 601’s, Gulfstream IVSP’s / G300, and a Global Express.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least two years experience in Aviation Sales/Marketing.
- Efficient computer skills, Microsoft Windows, Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Knowledge of 135 operations and regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Familiarity with FOS, analytics tools, and experience with charter operations is a plus.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work remotely with little supervision.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the charter sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a high-net worth client base and wholesale relationships.
- Design and implement a strategic marketing plan that increases our brand awareness, drives sales, and grows our customer base.
- Candidate would work closely with our executive team to identify market opportunities and lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that meet the needs of our customers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry partners, and media outlets.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Forecast sales objectives with high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
