Our client are looking for a talented Senior Analyst to join their Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team and play a key role in their growth strategy.
Position Overview :
As a Senior Analyst on the M&A team, you will be directly involved in the evaluation, analysis, and execution of acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships within the solar energy sector. Your insights will guide strategic decisions that drive the company's expansion, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to assess opportunities and manage transactions from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Modeling & Analysis : Develop detailed financial models to assess potential acquisitions, investments, and partnerships in the solar industry, including scenario analysis and risk assessment.
- Due Diligence : Conduct in-depth due diligence on potential targets, analyzing financials, market conditions, regulatory impacts, and operational risks.
- Strategic Support : Provide strategic recommendations and presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, including identifying market opportunities, potential risks, and synergies from M&A activities.
- Market Research : Track and analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to support the company's growth strategy and M&A initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with legal, finance, development, and operations teams to ensure successful deal execution and integration.
- Transaction Management : Oversee key aspects of M&A transactions, including financial analysis, project evaluation, and supporting the negotiation and structuring process.
