You will play a crucial role in helping businesses find the right merchant services solutions while earning uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to merchant services solutions.
- Engage business owners, identify their needs, and present tailored payment processing options.
- Overcome objections, educate clients, and close sales over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is required (phone-based sales preferred).
- Cold calling or outbound sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient in handling objections.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Arabic, etc.) are a plus.
