We’re hiring on behalf of our client in Pittsburgh, PA, who is looking for ambitious and driven Inside Sales Account Executives to join their growing team! This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment and love the challenge of cold calling and outbound prospecting.
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to introduce merchant services solutions to potential clients.
- Engage business owners, uncover their needs, and recommend tailored payment processing options.
- Overcome objections, educate prospects, and close sales over the phone.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay current on industry trends and product offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior sales experience required (phone-based preferred).
- Experience with cold calling or outbound sales is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Self-starter with a strong drive to hit goals and overcome objections.
- Team player who can also thrive independently.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Arabic, etc.) are encouraged to apply.
