Customer Service Representative
Location: Downers Grove, IL
Pay: $18-$20 per hour
About the Role:
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading provider of merchant services, seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Downers Grove, IL. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting existing customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues related to merchant service products. This is a non-sales position focused entirely on providing top-tier customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to POS products and services.
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s products and services to provide accurate support.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse customer base.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and ensure efficient resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
