We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team. This role is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who values integrity, problem-solving, and craftsmanship in self-perform work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Communicate directly, both verbally and in writing, with clients on high-profile projects and providing recommendations in the best interest of the client.
- Review project drawings, specifications, RFIs, and revisions to stay informed.
- Compile subcontractor and supplier estimates, prepare bids, and execute purchase orders.
- Ensure subcontractor quotes align with project requirements and scope.
- Work with project management to set up projects for profitability and client satisfaction.
- Identify scope gaps as opportunities or exclusions in the bid.
- Mentor and support team members.
- Deliver accurate estimates, clear communication, and attention to detail to exceed client expectations.
- Maintain and develop relationships to reinforce a commitment to world class customer service across the board (including co-workers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community.)

Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Excel
