Responsibilities- Onboard new customers and provide training to ensure they are equipped to use our AI solutions effectively.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Regularly check in with customers to assess their satisfaction and proactively address any challenges.
- Work collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to drive product enhancements.
- Champion the voice of the customer within the organization, promoting customer-centric practices.
- Monitor customer success metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
- 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in business.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the software or technology industry is highly desirable.
- Experience in the credit and data industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
