What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Assistant position at Worthington Tractor Parts, Inc.?
Worthington Tractor Parts, Inc. is looking for a warehouse assistant with good work history, reliability, positive attitude and great work ethic to join their team of professionals in their Parts Express, new aftermarket parts division. The individual must have good oral communication skills, understand and carry out verbal instructions, must be able to pay attention to detail, use a forklift, and understand safety procedures. This person should also be competent in math, embrace technology and is open to new ideas.
This position will include general warehouse duties which include but are not limited to the following:
- Inventory processing
- Labeling/Packing Goods
- Load/unload trucks
- Operating warehouse equipment
- Shipping/receiving
- Other assigned warehouse duties.
Salary to be determined based on experience and full time benefits available.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 70 pounds consistently
- While not required, preference will be given to those with at least a high school diploma or GED
- While not required, preference will be given to applicants with warehouse experience
- Must be able to obtain our companies safety & forklift certification. Preference given to candidates with prior forklift experience.
