Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Partnership Identification and Development:
Establish and maintain partnerships with organizations that align with our services, products, and objectives. Conduct thorough market research to identify market trends, maintain relationships, and stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for partners and clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction levels remain high. Manage contracts, renewals, and documentation in the CRM system while developing strategies to improve retention and conversion rates.
- Resource and Support Provision:
Provide partners with essential tools, resources, and marketing materials, including case studies and best practices, to support their success. Serve as a reliable source of guidance to help partners effectively promote and adopt WOTC solutions.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze partnership performance, prepare detailed reports with key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement. Address partner inquiries efficiently and ensure exceptional support.
- Engagement and Continuous Improvement:
Proactively manage partner accounts, conducting regular check-ins and meetings to ensure tailored services and address evolving needs. Participate in partner events, webinars, and conferences to strengthen relationships and represent WOTC.com.
- Lead Generation and Pipeline Development:
Leverage tools to identify expansion opportunities and build a robust pipeline of prospective partner opportunities. Create and execute campaigns that drive business growth.
- Follow-Up Processes:
Develop and implement systematic follow-up processes using Pipedrive to ensure consistent and effective communication with leads from partners, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
- SaaS Integration:
Collaborate with technical teams and partners to integrate WOTC.com’s SaaS solutions, ensuring seamless implementation, adoption, and resolution of technical challenges.
Professional Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales, business development, or partnership management role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Sales and Communication Skills: Superior B2B sales abilities, including lead nurturing, cold outreach, and executive-level negotiations. Strong presentation and persuasion skills to communicate complex solutions effectively.
- Organizational Excellence: Proven time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while managing high-priority relationships.
- Technology Proficiency: Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and SaaS platforms, with the ability to discuss technical details confidently.
- CRM and Sales Tools: Proficiency with CRM platforms to track leads and optimize processes.
