Your Role and Responsibilities:
As our Sales Executive, you will:
- Identify and Develop New Business: Research and establish business with organizations aligned with our ICP, products, services, or objectives. Maintain robust relationships with new and existing partners, acting as a primary contact and staying informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Manage Relationships: Engage regularly with clients to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction, and foster long-term partnerships. Maintain accurate client records, including documentation and CRM updates for contracts and renewals, and develop strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Provide Support and Resources: Equip clients with the necessary resources, materials, and support to enhance their success. Distribute marketing collateral, case studies, and best practices.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline in the CRM. Provide regular progress reports and forecasts to the Vice President of Sales.
- Engage in Relationship Building: Stay proactive with accounts to ensure they receive tailored services that meet their needs. Collaborate with team members to evaluate progress and explore opportunities for business enhancement. Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss needs and updates. Participate in partner events, webinars, and conferences to strengthen relationships and promote our brand.
- Sales Cycle Management Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client challenges and align solutions effectively. Prepared and delivered customized presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals with decision-makers.
- Follow-Up Effectively: Implement and manage follow-up processes to ensure timely and effective communication with leads and partners. Track follow-up activities using Pipedrive, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
- Facilitate SaaS Integration: Work closely with partners to integrate our SaaS solutions into their systems, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless implementation and adoption. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integrations and address any issues that arise.
- Market and Industry Awareness Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings. Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance WOTC.com’s offerings and strategies.
Professional Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing strategic partnerships.
- Sales Skills: Superior communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Experience in B2B sales, including cold calling, lead nurturing, and C-suite negotiations. Ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions clearly and compellingly.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated organizational excellence, efficient time management, and the ability to promptly follow up with leads and partners. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Technology Proficiency: Solid understanding of technology, particularly APIs and system integrations with other platforms, crucial for discussing technical details and integration processes confidently.
- Collaborative Spirit: Positive, responsible team player committed to the team's goals and supportive of colleagues. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Lead Generation Expertise: Proven experience in generating and following up on leads to ensure a strong pipeline of potential partnerships. Strong analytical skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- CRM and Sales Tools Knowledge: Proficiency with CRM and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and optimize sales processes. Ability to leverage these tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- SaaS Experience: Experience in the SaaS industry, understanding subscription models, customer retention strategies, and scaling software solutions. Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders.
