Summary :  We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong QuickBooks experience to support our team in daily operations and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills, ensuring a smooth flow of administrative tasks and financial transactions.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks, including accounts payable / receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
  • Assist with financial reporting and month-end closing processes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding billing and payments.
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized documentation for audits and compliance.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in business or finance preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a financial setting.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
