We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our operations at a leading high-end massage chair company. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative functions, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional wellness products.

Schedule :

  • Monday – Thursday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 30 pm
  • Friday 7 : 30 am – 3 : 30 pm off every other Friday.

Duties :

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office organization.
  • Assist in customer service by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and managing returns.
  • Support marketing efforts by coordinating promotional materials and managing social media posts.
  • Maintain inventory records and assist with procurement of office supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate projects and improve operational efficiency.
  • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in retail or wellness industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using various office software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
