A well established financial management call center located in Harrisburg, PA is seeking 10 Call Center Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible to provide excellent customer service to clients calling in. Mostly inbound calls, some outbound follow-up calls. You will gather pertinent information from the client to update their file and explain their portfolio to them. This is a rewarding position with chances for growth opportunities. Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm. No evening or weekend work. Pay starts at $17. Semi-annual pay increases are given if you are doing a good job. Great benefits once perm including work from home options.
