Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Support :

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, web, and digital advertising.
  • Create, update, and maintain marketing collateral using digital tools and platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to recommend improvements and drive ROI.

Digital Sales Tools Management :

  • Administer and optimize digital sales tools, including CRM systems, lead generation platforms, and content management systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure tools are effectively integrated and support their workflow.
  • Provide training and support to team members on using digital sales tools efficiently.
  • Content Creation and Distribution :

  • Develop and manage content for digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of digital assets such as videos, presentations, and brochures.
  • Monitor and maintain the company’s online presence, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaboration and Communication :

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align strategies and goals.
  • Act as a point of contact for external vendors and partners related to marketing and sales tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend new tools or approaches.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role, with hands-on experience using digital tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and sales processes.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
