Duties
Assist the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts while promoting a healthy work environment.
- Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and facilitate professional development.
- Assist in succession planning efforts to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Utilize workforce management tools such as Dayforce to optimize staffing levels and ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct HR sourcing activities to attract top talent through various channels, including social media management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including training programs, benefits administration, and policy development.
