SUMMARY
We are seeking to fill a position at WoundCentrics, a rapidly expanding company in the healthcare services industry. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to copywriting, social media management, asset organization, industry research, website support, and design work. You'll need to know about graphic design, styles, and techniques. The successful candidate will collaborate with various team members and stakeholders to develop new campaigns that align with the company's brand message. This role calls for a candidate who is organized, motivated, and capable of handling pressure. Exceptional proofreading skills are essential.
Duties
- Develop and design creative visual content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across all brands for print and digital media.
- Support digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website).
- Conceptualize cross-channel campaign concepts and obtain approval by preparing rough layouts for review.
- Maintain and organize all assets for all brands.
- Provide accurate editing with attention to detail for all products.
- Create presentations as needed.
- Manage website maintenance and update as needed.
- Assist with managing and planning community events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand imagery and message across all platforms.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
Skills
- Proficient with Canva and experience with PowerPoint are essential.
- Must be Tech Savvy
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising quality.
- Knowledge of social media platforms is required.
- Familiarity with WordPress and Squarespace for basic website editing
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks are necessary.
- Strong organizational and project management skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication and proofreading abilities are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn and work on new projects
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications - SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are required.
Advanced skills not required, but a huge plus:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and InDesign.
- Ability to shoot and edit/produce video for social media and internal use and email marketing.
- Experience with photography.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field
- Relevant experience a plus
