Product Manager

WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team! As part of the Technology team, you will be responsible for project leadership and business process improvement across our technology platforms.

WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is an exciting, fast-growing house painting franchise. We are part of O2E Brands, the parent company of the hugely successful 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. We re looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our rockstar team to support building and enhancing our current technology platforms while supporting the future of our digital customer experience.

For this role s duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 50% of time. This posting is for a new position.

A day in the life:

• Product Strategy and Development: Develop and maintain a high level of understanding of the customer and end-user of the product you are responsible for to ensure innovation and value are optimized for the brands. Drive customer and market research, identify opportunities and work with Product Owners in Brands to help best deliver on strategy and long-term vision. Understand through research, building an understanding of how our businesses operate what contributes to customer/end-user success (i.e. frustration, conversion, adoption).
• Product Development: Guide the business and brands through product innovation, prototype, validation, and development of the Product Manager's assigned platform. Ensure the business and development teams are maintaining a configuration-first approach when developing features or enhancements. Leverage quantitative data and product advancements to drive solutions, innovation, and decision-making.
• Project Management: Establish a framework to allow for dynamic reporting that assists when assessing a feature. Leverage data points to paint a picture when it comes to prioritization, aligning work to a brand s strategy and vision, and assessing business value.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work collaboratively with Brands, developers, architects, and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes for strategic initiatives and ongoing improvement themes. Regular communication with senior stakeholders about approved development, status updates, and proposed timings for development phases

What you bring to the table

• You take a hands-on approach to problem-solving, leveraging strong analytical skills to assess business needs and uncover opportunities.
• You are a creative thinker who continuously seeks to gain a deep understanding of user experience and customer needs and develop innovative solutions tailored to specific challenges.
• You are agile in your approach with an ability to conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on product features based on real user input. You are also open to experimentation and a willingness to learn from failures to drive continuous improvement.
• You have excellent communication skills to engage and align with diverse teams (engineering, design, marketing) and foster a collaborative environment that encourages input from all stakeholders.
• You can balance strategic vision with tactical execution to drive business outcomes.
• At WOW 1 DAY PAINTING you will have the benefit of applying a startup mindset with the security and support of an established organization in O2E, while gaining the skills and experience needed for one day leading an entire technology department. You are comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly in response to feedback or market changes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary is $84k-120k annually (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
