Painter/Laborer

Job Summary:
Busy Bee Cleaning Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our growing team. The Painter will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services for both residential and commercial properties. This role plays a key part in maintaining the visual appeal and cleanliness standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting (e.g., washing walls, patching holes, sanding, priming).
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Repair and touch up walls, trims, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
• Protect non-paintable surfaces with appropriate coverings (drop cloths, masking tape, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly store all painting supplies.
• Work independently or alongside cleaning crews during turnover or deep-clean projects.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer expectations.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a professional painter (residential or commercial).
• Strong knowledge of painting tools, techniques, and surface preparation.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, precise work.
• Physical stamina and ability to work on ladders or scaffolding if required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Preferred:

• Experience working in property turnover or facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of minor drywall repair or finishing.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Work Location: On the road
