WPPO LLC is a dynamic and growing company specializing in outdoor pizza ovens and a variety of related business divisions, including distributors, dealers, e-commerce, retail and sourcing. We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Office and Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple facets of our business. This individual will work in both our Warren, IL, and Monroe, WI locations, handling tasks ranging from invoicing and payment processing to project management, inventory oversight, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing & Payment Processing: Create and send invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records using ZOHO.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and oversee product availability using ZOHO Inventory.
- CRM Management: Maintain customer relationships and manage sales pipelines using ZOHO CRM.
- General Office Tasks: Manage administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and communication with vendors and clients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to both B2B and B2C clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- E-Commerce Sales: Manage online sales channels, update product listings, and handle order processing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration, operations, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with ZOHO applications, including ZOHO Books, CRM, and Inventory, is required.
- Ability to commute and work at both the Warren, IL, and Monroe, WI locations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
