Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and overall logistics management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage and supervise warehouse team leads and staff, ensuring productivity and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and analyze data to identify operational improvements.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and customer service teams to optimize supply chain processes.
• Lead warehouse audits, inventory reconciliations, and process evaluations to ensure optimal stock levels and accuracy.
• Implement and improve warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies.
• Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance performance and support career growth.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and foster a positive work environment.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in WMS systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of process optimization and operational improvements.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments and external partners.
• Bilingual in Chinese is required.
