The Client Services Manager is a member of the WR Immigration Leadership Team, working alongside the Executive Committee to develop and implement best practices to support the firms legal services. Decisions made by the individual in this position influence many of the firms daily operations, especially in relation to client relationships and interactions.
WR Immigration is looking to add a Client Services Manager to our Boston team. This is a full-time, exempt role that can be performed remotely, in-office, or on a hybrid model. Remote applicants will be considered but must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.

Client Services Manager Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the development of internal workflow protocols and documentation, including drafting and distributing firmwide memos in support of case work.
- Supervising the onboarding process for new corporate clients, including facilitating document collection and organization, working alongside the WRapid team to ensure internal platforms are set up accurately, and assisting Partners and Managing Attorneys with responses to client questions.
- Collaborating with Partners and Managing Attorneys to prepare and deliver a variety of documents such as reports, dashboards, and client-specific tools.
- Performing regular analysis of information gathered through standard reports and communicating applicable findings to Leadership/Partners.
- Strategizing and developing best practice protocols for data management and data integrity oversight.
- Creating and implementing initiatives to maintain and ensure integrity and organization of client information.
- Maintaining subject matter expertise for multiple major clients.
- Assisting Attorneys in the development of training materials for client presentations and assisting in presenting when appropriate.
- Working alongside Business Development team members to prepare and organize responses to Requests for Proposal and other documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree (required) with strong academic background
- At least 1-3 years of business immigration experience with exposure to a variety of case types (IV, NIV, PERM, etc.) required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven organizational, process, and computer skills
- Experience with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
